The server of the visual lighting operation and maintenance platform consists of a high-performance computer host along with a high-definition display; it comes equipped with a visual lighting operation and maintenance platform that enables system monitoring as well as intelligent operation and maintenance management. The system integrates key technologies such as multi protocol compatibility, intelligent topology recognition, real-time status monitoring, and remote control. Guided by the principles of safety, practicality, and intuitiveness, it helps to upgrade lighting systems from passive safety measures to active intelligent defense mechanisms, thereby significantly improving the efficiency and accuracy of operation and maintenance management.
Hardware Description:
Overall configuration: 1 main unit + 1 23.8-inch LCD monitor
Processor: Intel Core i5-12400
Memory: DDR4 16GB 3200MHz
Graphics card: Intel UHD 730 integrated graphics card
Hard drive: High-speed M.2 solid-state drive (500GB/1TB available); mechanical hard drives can also be used for expansion
Standard accessories: Original mouse, keyboard, and power cable
Software Description:
It is capable of monitoring stage lighting equipment that complies with TCP/IP, sACN, Art-Net, SQD-Net, RDM, and DMX standard protocols. It can detect in real time the status of servers, lighting control consoles, switches, network decoders, signal amplifiers, intelligent dimming units, distribution boxes, as well as signal lines, thereby enabling full-chain visualization.
It automatically identifies connected devices and generates complete signal chain topology diagrams along with device icons, eliminating the need for manual drawing. The topology diagram uses different colors and types of lines to clearly indicate whether devices are online or offline, and whether lines are functioning properly, newly added, or faulty (disconnected or poorly connected).
The system provides alerts for devices that are offline, disconnected lines, poorly connected lines, as well as newly added lines.
It allows users to view parameters such as the data transmission status and speed for each link in the topology diagram.
Device parameters can be set remotely, and information such as device names, port descriptions, and location details can be customized.
Device ports are updated in real time, the topology diagram is automatically refreshed, and the routing paths are updated promptly.
It features real-time alarms for short circuits in DMX512 ports, helping to quickly locate fault points and provide timely alerts.
It enables real-time monitoring of the status of each boom network and DMX512 signal port.
It also allows real-time monitoring of the voltage and current levels at each dimming/throughout socket.
Each dimming/throughout socket comes with a voltage indicator and an overload alarm function.
The device supports firmware upgrades.
