1、 Project background:

The project of Guangzhou Baiyun International Conference Center, which is jointly funded by Guangdong Province and Guangzhou municipal government, is one of the key projects of Guangdong Province and Guangzhou municipal government in recent years. On May 31, 2005, according to the instructions of Guangzhou municipal government, the project construction office was composed of key business personnel from the Construction Command Office of Guangzhou University City and Guangzhou Yuexiu group; on October 26, 2005, the construction of Guangzhou Baiyun International Conference Center was officially started.

Guangzhou Baiyun International Conference Center is born with international style. At the beginning of the planning, through international bidding invitation, from 12 domestic and foreign first-class design units and consortia, including Germany, France, the United States and Spain, selected the "courtyard in the mountain" scheme of Belgium Buro II and CITIC South China Design Institute, implying a new city rising under the Baiyun Mountain. From a distance, it looks like several red streamers moving between mountains and rivers.

The conference center is located in the core area of Baiyun New Town North Area - the original East Park Block on Baiyun Road West of Baiyun District, east of Baiyun Avenue, with Baiyun Mountain national scenic spot and Ming Quan residence resort, West to Baiyun Airport's Old Airport East Road, South Pearl Oriental Garden and Guangzhou new stadium. It is an important landmark cultural facilities in Guangzhou. Conference, exhibition, hotel, banquet, performance, office building in one large comprehensive conference center. It is Guangdong Province and Guangzhou city to undertake large-scale international and domestic conferences, to meet the provincial and municipal Party Congress, National People's Congress, CPPCC and other major meetings, as well as the growing needs of business development and cultural exchange, and greatly enhance the overall image and status of Guangdong Province and Guangzhou City in the international community.

The conference center has a total construction area of 316000 square meters and a total construction investment of about 4 billion yuan. The main buildings include three conference and exhibition centers B, C and D and the supporting Oriental International Conference Hotel. 2、 Design index of stage lighting system

Based on the experience of successful cases in Baiyun International Convention Center, combined with the stage design practice in China, the lighting system of conference and stage suitable for the special purpose of Baiyun International Conference Center, which is convenient for domestic and foreign performing groups, should be selected. The design index should meet the following requirements:

Illumination index: the vertical illumination of main performance area shall not be less than 1500lux;

Meeting lighting: no less than 550lux;

3、 Function and management requirements of stage lighting system

5. The equipment in the system fully meets the technical requirements of the background noise of the conference center stage. 6. The expansion capacity of the system is intentionally reserved at the beginning of the system design, such as power silicon control capacity and network capacity. 4、 Overall technical scheme of the system

1. Design idea of lighting system

This form of network connection may connect multiple computer consoles into a local area network at any time. 5、 Consideration of system integration and equipment selection

(5) Network distribution cabinet

6、 Design of dimming circuit

The Century Hall is equipped with 1000 3KW dimming silicon roads, 90 3KW sine wave dimming silicon roads (including 18 field light dimming silicon roads and 8 stage work light dimming silicon roads), 190 5.5kW dimming silicon roads, 48 10kW dimming silicon roads, and 190 5.5kw Direct-through circuits (including 18 field lamp direct circuits and 8 stage work light direct circuits) Road, distributed at the junction of each lamp position. Considering that it is possible to install lamps and lanterns at any required position on the stage to meet the requirements of various world-class large-scale performances, a large number of Ethernet contacts, DMS contacts and various types of lighting power supply are reserved in the main positions of the stage. 7、 Some new technical features adopted in the scheme

The stage lighting control system of Guangzhou Baiyun International Conference Center Century Hall can be summarized from the following aspects: new design, new technology, new equipment and new technology

(1) New design:

The lighting control network system adopts dual network transmission, Ethernet and DMX512. The whole control system strictly follows TCP / IP communication protocol and USITT DMX512 / 1990. The control signal has strict and effective real-time full tracking backup to ensure that everything is safe. Five network distribution cabinets are designed for the stage lighting system, which form a closed-loop network with optical fiber.

(2) New technology:

SST sine wave dimmer works at high frequency. Its standard state at the beginning of design is the volume space of a module variable to implement 3 kW SST dimming for each circuit. After the capacity is doubled, the surface area of heat sink of IGBT inside the power element is increased to 2.5 times of that of standard module, so that the heat of power element can be fully released. Combined with the traction of intelligent fan, the heat energy is brought outside the cabinet to convection with air.

In the heat detection of SST module, when 48 modules are placed in 3KW full load, and the dimming temperature is 20% (this is the dimming point with the maximum heat generation) at room temperature of 25 ℃, it is found that the surface temperature of the parts is 58 ℃ (the maximum acceptable working temperature of the parts is 125 ℃), which has been maintained for 24 hours In the same configuration, the dimming point is set at 100% (maximum brightness), and the surface temperature of power element is reduced to 49 ℃. It is proved that under the most severe application condition of "full load", plus the actual application, the heat generation will decrease according to the reduction of load power. Sine wave dimming has more perfect, more intelligent and humanized characteristics, no higher harmonic generation, no need for various isolation, shielding and other measures, saving construction costs and maintenance costs; no longer interfere with its audio and video equipment, no overload phenomenon.

(3) New equipment:

The system equipment with advanced technology, energy saving and environmental protection is selected. Among them, the computer lighting console adopts the world famous brand light Platte live 3000, which not only conforms to the current USITT DMX512 protocol, but also meets the future ACN protocol, so as to fully track and backup in real time. The series of strand light palette adopts the world's advanced PIV dual core processor, which makes it run faster and has stronger control function than the strand 500 series. The strand light palette series uses Windows XP operating system, with higher security. The graphical user interface makes the operation of the lighting engineer more friendly and convenient: 80g hard disk can store more data; it supports 3D lighting design software, supports wired and wireless offline editing to facilitate the operation of the lighting engineer; super control ability: the control light path is 3000 optical paths, up to 8000ch, and the control loop of DMX is 10240 loops; the system network of strand Shownet is used There are more than 32000 circuits in the system. The design of clamp in keyboard is beautiful and elegant. At the same time, it is equipped with USB interface to facilitate the operation of lighting engineer. The lighting control system uses SST sine wave dimming silicon cabinet to build a modern hardware platform for the central management, reflecting the operation objectives of high efficiency and low cost.

(4) New process:

1. All dimming circuits adopt independent zero fire line circuit, and all signal connecting cables are shielded wires to prevent interference.

2. It adopts low smoke, halogen-free, flame retardant and fire-resistant copper core cable. The cable can work at 80 ℃ for a long time, and its service life can be up to more than 30 years under normal use conditions.

3. A new type of special anti-corrosion signboard is used to mark the cable with a unique number for permanent marking.

4. European standard is adopted for construction. On the premise of equipped with two or three core plug conversion pieces, the three core strong current socket shall be installed uniformly.

8、 Application of the project

Leaders' attention, careful planning, scientific demonstration, professional design, clear function, proper positioning, reasonable selection and construction specifications have injected vitality into the lighting construction of Century Hall theater of Baiyun International Conference Center. Once the project was put into operation, major political conferences such as "the 10th Guangdong Provincial People's Congress", "the 9th 5th Guangdong Provincial Political Consultative Conference" and "the 10th Guangdong Provincial Congress of the Communist Party of China" were successfully completed. Over the past half a year, the Century Hall has received nearly 100 visitors from domestic and foreign counterparts, hall and theater builders, and performed dozens of performances at home and abroad. It is generally affirmed that the project system has stable performance, accurate data transmission, convenient and direct operation, and has given a high degree of modern lighting control system, large-scale high-grade equipment, standardized construction management and project quality Evaluation.

9、 Operation mode and operation situation of the project

Guangzhou Baiyun International Conference Center is one of the largest conference venues with the most advanced facilities and the most complete supporting facilities in South China. Its business objective is to establish a theater service standard with Lingnan characteristics based on South China, radiate Asia and face the world. In addition to hosting the provincial and municipal "two sessions", several international conferences will also be settled in Baiyun International Conference Center, and 7-9 international conferences and forums are intended to settle in the convention center permanently.
